Bringing together a dozen entrepreneurs from the same sector is no easy task. As Industrial association we trust on the innovation Value. We organize together with Massimo Fucci -Pentaconsulting- the first course on Mind Mapping. It represented an opportunity to know a method to support the different phases of management for the managing of processes and human resources and to better understand the variation of market needs. Our technical division works mainly on commission projects basis. In order to be able to manage time and cost control, we require a robust platform : Method + software tools to improve both efficiency in each individual process and collaboration within the team and with other departments and supplier.
